I completed the Six Sigma black belt training with Colin around 8 years ago, since that time Colin has continued to act as a mentor supporting me to develop a culture of continuous improvement which has led to vastly improved productivity. Colin’s extensive industry experience enabled him to quickly develop an understanding of our culture and values resulting in tailored support to both me as an individual and the company as a whole. The main benefits have been around the engagement of the team in the continuous improvement process. They now take an active role in the Continuous Improvement teams in their areas and in many cases drive the teams. They are developing many great improvements such as waste reduction, area organisation, improved changeovers and working practices.
