Congratulations to Siew Bee, the first black belt in Rosti Malaysia 
Siew Bee achieved her company project, reducing net working capital over sales and passed the LBS exam. In her acceptance speech, Siew Bee commented on the importance of a black belt involving, leading and advising their team, a really simple but important point that many people forget.
