LBS are extremely pleased to announce the kick off of a yellow belt training programme with premium confectioner Thorntons.
Debbie Whitbread Operations Manager Thorntons: “Lean Business Solutions Ltd. were successfully selected to deliver our yellow belt programme, after several unsuccessful experiences with other learning providers. We liked LBS’s down to earth approach and their empathy with our business and the yellow belt candidates.”
LBS’s facilitator, Colin Parry, customised the course to align with Thorntons business and processes. The initial candidates were from the process manager level of the organisation and Debbie reported that their feedback was unsurpassed by any other training course with which they had engaged.
