We believe that there is no substitute for experience, coupled with a firm practical working knowledge and in most cases a close involvement with the creation and development of the Standards and Specifications.

This experience has been gained from work undertaken for both Defence Contractors and Ministries giving a balanced view of the expectations of both parties. Logistics Business Systems are able to offer Consultancy and Support at various key stages in the project, from the initial bid phase through to implementation, delivery and analysis of data.

The following are examples of consultancy and support activities that have been undertaken by Logistics Business Systems:

	Providing 'proof of concept' software applications for advanced fault monitoring and rectification during a successful bid phase.
	Provision of on-site support for the definition of the LSAR, Initial Provisioning and Technical Publications structure.
	Set-up, define and support an integrated Defence Standard 00-60 suite of products at three sites in the US to enable the delivery of data to European customers.
	Implementation and acceptance testing of Supply Management software and procedures in accordance with AECMA 2000M on a European multi national defence project.
	Implementation of applications to support acceptance, configuration control and maintenance of Technical Publications data in accordance with AECMA 1000D on a multi national aircraft programme.
	Provision of in country ILS support for a major US Defence Contractor working with the UK MoD.
